Privacy Policy

MPC Holding, Inc. (“MPCH”, “we”) operates the Customer Portal. This page explains, at a high level, what information we collect, why we collect it, and who to contact for data requests during the beta program.

What we collect

• Account data you provide (name, email, organisation).
• Authentication data (password hashes, MFA secrets, refresh tokens). Credentials are never logged.
• Usage events necessary to operate the service: audit logs of admin actions, approval decisions, and key-rotation workflows.
• Diagnostic data (IP address, user agent, request identifiers) for security, abuse prevention, and incident response.

What we do not hold

Root key material remains on the customer's Canton participant node and (where applicable) HSM. The portal orchestrates rotations but never holds root signing keys.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. During the beta, submit requests to the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
