Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

MPC Holding, Inc. is committed to making the Customer Portal accessible to the widest possible audience, including users with disabilities. We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

Current conformance status

During the beta program the portal is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform.

Known issues

• Some data-table controls have not yet been fully audited with assistive technology.
• The dark theme's neon accent colour meets AA when used as a focus ring or decorative element, but may not meet AA as body text on a light background.

Measures we take

• Using Radix UI primitives that ship with accessible semantics.
• Enforcing keyboard navigation and visible focus states.
• Running automated accessibility checks as part of code review.
• Publishing this statement and tracking known gaps openly.
